I grew up in a world of innovative thinkers and entrepreneurs who seemed to effortlessly craft lives of purpose and freedom. They followed their passions, made bold choices, and built legacies, but no one ever handed me a roadmap or shared the “how” behind their success. I was left to figure it out on my own.

For nearly two decades, I navigated life by trial and error, following the “shoulds” of others while searching for a path that felt authentically mine. I experimented with what I call the “spaghetti on the wall” method—trying anything and everything in the hopes something would stick. It was messy and exhausting, but it taught me something profound: clarity comes when you stop reacting to life and start living with intention.

That realization changed everything. I shifted from stumbling through life to designing it, aligning my choices with my values and vision. Now, as a coach, I use the lessons I’ve learned to help others do the same.

I work with individuals, leaders, and teams to navigate change, overcome challenges, and step into their next chapter with purpose and confidence. Through thought-provoking questions, action planning, and unwavering support, I guide my clients in creating lives and careers that reflect who they are and what they truly want.
