It’s hard to believe we’re approaching the halfway point of the year already. If you’re anything like me, you started this year with big goals, bold intentions… and then life showed up.
Maybe things haven’t gone as planned.
Maybe you’ve outgrown some of what you set out to do.
Maybe you just feel a little off course.
Here’s the good news:
You don’t need a new year to start fresh. You just need a pause—a conscious moment to realign with what truly matters now.
That’s what this month is about:
A mid-year reset—not from shame or pressure, but from clarity and choice.
Here’s the path we’ll walk together in June:
Week 1: Reset Your Mindset
We’ll start by shifting the inner dialogue—recognizing that you are not your behavior, and you’re allowed to think differently about what’s possible now.
Week 2: What’s Working? What’s Not?
Next, we’ll take an honest inventory—noticing what’s supporting your growth and what might be draining your energy.
Week 3: Revise Your Vision
From that awareness, we will explore how to adjust your goals and expectations with grace—not because you’re failing, but because you’re evolving.
Week 4: Recommit with Intention
Finally, we will end with the question: What’s one thingyou’re ready to recommit to—not because you should, but because it aligns with who you are and where you’re headed?
So, what now?
You don’t need a full plan. You don’t need to catch up. You just need to choose your next step—on purpose.
Here’s a journal prompt to get you started:
“What am I ready to recommit to in this next chapter—and what will one small step toward that look like this week?”
I’ll be continuing to share simple tools, mindset shifts, and real-life encouragement throughout June and all summer long.
You’ve made it this far.
Now let’s make the rest of the year more aligned, more intentional, and more you.
